Doerenkamp By Smartlivings is strategically nestled between Berlin's old town and the central train station, offering convenience for travelers like myself eager to explore the city's artistic gems. Although the room lacked an en-suite bathroom and functioning cable TV, the welcoming demeanor of the reception staff and the prime location compensated for these minor inconveniences. During my stay, I indulged in the scrumptious breakfast buffet at Taj Mahal, a mere stone's throw away. the aromatic flavors of the Indian cuisine perfectly complemented the chic ambiance of the hotel, setting the tone for a delightful day of culinary exploration in Berlin. Proximity to a plethora of dining options like Madame Cho and Sushibar Fujiyama made gastronomic escapades effortless.
